Rovi J. Saleh
Strategic Advisor
Rovi J. Saleh is the co-founder and CEO of Cynosure Connect, a health-technology company focused on earlier detection and faster response to mental-health needs—starting with the veteran community. A recognized leader in enterprise technology and digital transformation across B2B and B2G, she brings deep experience in SaaS and platform strategy.
Before Cynosure, Rovi launched itMAQ, one of the first cloud-based strategic procurement engines serving government, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. She has led large-scale modernization in the U.S. and abroad—helping stand up the first e-commerce platform for the Commercial Bank of Dubai, building spend-management portals for the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and affiliated agencies, and designing a regional Partner Alliance Program across EMEA, work that earned her a Presidential Commendation.
Rovi’s motivation is personal as much as technical. A line often attributed to Mark Twain—“I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened”—captured for her how unseen distress too often goes unaddressed. That insight shaped Cynosure’s approach: surface risk early, distinguish real distress from imagined fear, and offer clarity before crisis through structured AI assessments, personalized interventions, and sustained engagement.
As an Elpis advisor, Rovi helps translate mission into scalable execution—linking AI-powered detection with wearable-driven insights, a veteran “town square” experience, and ethical tokenization to sustain positive engagement. She also champions clear nonprofit–C-Corp boundaries and phased “crawl-walk-run” delivery to protect mission integrity while accelerating impact.
Outside the boardroom, Rovi is an exhibiting artist and an avid reader whose to-be-read pile is always taller than she’ll admit—disciplines that reflect her belief in seeing clearly, creating deliberately, and making systems more human.
