Chief Warrant Officer 3 Monette Madayag serves as the National Treasurer and Budget Committee Chair for the U.S. Army Warrant Officers Association (USAWOA) and is a Human Resources Technician in the National Capitol Region. With extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and veteran advocacy, Monette has been a driving force in promoting well-being and resilience among veterans.

Since 2017, she has been a leader in Team Red, White & Blue (RWB), organizing events focused on mental and physical resilience for veterans. Her expertise in fundraising and financial planning directly supports the Elpis Alliance for Veterans, ensuring sustainable funding for initiatives honoring the fallen and advancing veteran wellness programs.

As a Navy daughter and an Air Force mom, Monette is personally invested in strengthening veteran communities. Through strategic financial planning, fundraising efforts, and wellness initiatives, she is committed to creating long-term solutions that empower those who have served.
